tos for commissions

I will not negotiate lower than the original commission price. The cost may vary based on complexity, but the base price will not be lowered. You may ask for a more complex piece during the sketch phase, but I will not adjust the complexity beyond then so please be sure you can afford your requested complexity. Payment will be 50% upfront and 50% after. If needed, I will refund early on, but once I have progressed passed a certain point (I will notify you when), I won't refund the initial payment. I will send progress photos and you can request edits during the sketching and line art, but I won' t add or take away once the piece has been coloured. If necessary, you may "pause" the commission. I will stop working on it until you can afford to pay the final price. This ensures that you can still eventually receive the final piece, and I can work on other commissions that I am assured payment for. I will provide a watermarked version of the product before final half of the payment, then you will be provided a clear version after. I will still include a small, transparent signature in the corner of my pieces.

do's

You may post the piece, set it as your profile picture, and use it for any personal things (make yourself a poster, print yourself a sticker, etc) as long as you make sure to credit me within whatever you are using it for.

don'ts

You may not post the piece, use it as a pfp, icon, etc. without crediting me. My commissions are meant for personal usage. If you would like to use any commission commercially then you are required to inform me as this would change how pricing works. You are not allowed to use my work commercially without informing me and agreeing to a different price that we will negotiate on.
